Yes. If you already have a place in mind (Shibuya, Asakusa, Shinjuku, Meiji Shrine, etc.), we’ll confirm it’s a good fit. If not, we’ll recommend the best location based on your vibe, season, and schedule. Trust the locals!

After booking, we confirm:
your date + meeting point
your preferred style (natural, bright, cinematic, etc.)
any special requests (proposal, family, kids, accessibility)
Then we match you with a photographer and share simple guidance for a smooth shoot.

Totally okay! Actually, most of our clients feel that way. Your photographer will guide you with easy prompts so your photos look natural (not stiff or forced).

We recommend booking 2–4 weeks in advance. During peak seasons such as cherry blossom (Spring) and Autumn foliage we recommend booking 2-3 months in advance.
Last‑minute bookings may be possible depending on availability, but earlier booking gives you more flexibility with locations, choice of photographer, and timing.

Tokyo weather changes quickly, so we keep things flexible. You can:
reschedule (subject to availability), or
switch to a rain-friendly location, or
continue with umbrellas for a moody Tokyo look
If the weather is severe, we’ll help you choose the best option.

We recommend wearing neutral or soft colors that complement Tokyo’s traditional scenery and contrast with the urban vibes. Avoid large logos or very bright patterns. Once you book with us, we’ll provide a basic styling guide based on the season and location you choose.

Most galleries are delivered in 3–7 days. Pre-Weddings take a little longer, between 7 and 9 days. For Proposals, you will receive a sneak peek on the same day.

Yes, you can during the 2-hour, pre-wedding, or custom photoshoots. If outfits are important to you, we’ll recommend a package that gives enough time without rushing.

Yes. You can upgrade, add time, or build a custom package (for larger groups, multiple locations, or travel shoots like Hakone).

Yes, we match you with a photographer who can guide you comfortably in English. Our support team is also English-speaking.

Plans change, we get it. Cancellation and rescheduling rules depend on how close the date is.
In general, cancelations are accept until 3 days from your photoshoot. For travel photoshoots like Kawaguchiko, it’s 10 days.
