Two packages. Real Japan locations. Photography built around the shoot you actually want, whether you're arriving with everything planned, or want us to help shape it.
A pre-wedding photoshoot is time carved out just for the two of you, away from the schedule and pressure of the wedding day itself. No ceremony to run, no guest list to manage. Just you, your partner, and the version of Japan you'll want to remember.
Most couples build it into a trip they're already taking, a first visit, a return trip, or a getaway planned specifically around the shoot. Whatever brought you here, the goal is the same: photographs that actually feel like you, not a studio backdrop.
Every couple shoots differently. Pick the direction that feels like you, or mix both in one session.
Classic
Gardens, shrines, architecture
Timeless and sophisticated. Temple grounds, formal gardens, quiet architecture. The look most couples picture first.
Urban
Streets, signage, city energy
Bold and a little edgy, with busy crossings, neon backstreets, and alleyways. For couples who want their photos to feel alive.
Split
Half classic, half urban
Can't choose? Most sessions can move between both in one day, with garden portraits in the afternoon and city energy by evening.
Bridal, kimono, or something bolder. All styles are available for both kinds of session.
Bridal
Western-style dress
Classic bridal white against Japan's gardens and architecture.
Kimono
Traditional kimono
A rooted, traditional look. Well suited to Kyoto's shrines and gardens, or city contrast.
Fancy Edge
Bold & statement
Black dresses, sharper styling and cool vibe. For couples who want something less traditional.
Additional pricing applies only when we help coordinate makeup/hair, rentals, dressing schedules, transport, or other vendor needs, not for the outfit style itself.
Available on both packages in five main cities. Kawaguchiko and other regions are available on Premium only.

Premium's preparation add-ons (makeup/hair, rentals, transport, vendor coordination) are subject to availability and may involve separate third-party fees. Premium is planning and direction support, not full concierge or wedding planning.

Essential is for couples who already know their style, have outfits arranged, and just want strong photography, basic timing guidance, and an edited gallery. Premium is for couples who want us to help shape the shoot before the day, with location and route planning, outfit and styling guidance, a planning call, and assisted access to prep add-ons where available.
No. Bridal, kimono, and Fancy Edge are priced the same within each package when you arrange your own outfit and preparation. Extra cost only applies if you'd like our help coordinating makeup/hair, rentals, dressing, transport, or vendors, and that's available on Premium.
Yes. Kawaguchiko and other regions outside our five main cities are available on the Premium package.
For a dedicated trip built around the shoot, common among couples travelling from Singapore and Southeast Asia, booking 6 to 12 months ahead gives the most flexibility on season and location. If a pre-wedding shoot is one part of a broader Japan trip, a few months' notice is usually enough.
Yes. Many couples split their day between a classic setting and an urban one, or change outfits partway through. Let us know when you book so we can plan the timing.
You'll receive a full edited digital gallery. Exact photo count varies by session length and location count. We're happy to walk through expectations when you book.
They're often used interchangeably. In our experience, a pre-wedding shoot in Japan tends to be a fuller session, sometimes with multiple outfits and locations, while an engagement shoot is typically shorter and simpler. Both can be booked through this page.
Tell us your city, your date, and which package fits. We'll handle the rest.
